The desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux does all of that and adds the Live pages: damage meter, PvP fights, gathering, dungeon runs and loot tracking. It updates itself.
Live capture runs in the AO Manager desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux: it reads the game's network traffic on your computer, never touches the game client, and keeps everything on your machine.
